Development and implementation of an algorithmic model to calculate flight data during route planning

This project was a collaboration with the Bangladesh Air Force. The goal was to develop a system that calculates the required flight parameters for a drawn route in a map. Google Maps API is used for map operations. Parallel computing is implemented to overcome performance overhead during heavy calculation. The project required real time parameter update on route change and development is done keeping that in mind. Microsoft .NET is used as the projects backbone and the MVVM architecture is followed. Both frontend and backend of the software is developed ground up and event based logic is used for data communication.
